Come along and chat with our friends from Inner Space to discover how you may think differently about the impact of the seasons on our sense of wellbeing.
Wellbeing is linked to how we feel physically, mentally and emotionally, and a sense of wellbeing is strongly linked to life satisfaction and happiness. In short, functioning well and feeling good.
So we’re hosting a series of monthly events focused on helping you do something good for yourself.
This drop-in activity runs from 3-8pm on Wednesday afternoon and evening.
