50 years from now and it's 2076. Do we still use cookbooks? What would they look like? What will we be eating? and how?

Using collage and crafts, help Manchester Urban Diggers (MUD CIC) create a community cookbook and imagine what we’ll eat in the not-too-distant future.

Manchester Urban Diggers are one the community partners featured in the Human Natures exhibition running until 1 November 2026.

Human Natures explores stories of overconsumption and overexploitation of the animals, plants and landscapes on which we depend and the consequences this has for climate, biodiversity and people.
