SOUTH ASIA GALLERY

The 2025 South Asian Film Club screens The Queen of My Dreams, following Pakistani-Canadian Azra on a Bollywood-inspired journey through memory, family and identity. Set in 1999 with flashbacks to 1969, the film explores generational and cultural contrasts. Programmed by South Asia Gallery co-curator Nazma Noor, it will be introduced by Manchester-based writer and poet Aminah Zaman.
