Wild Ways to Wellbeing Workshop with artist Kate Eggleston-Wirtz

Workshop with interdisciplinary artist Kate Eggleston-Wirtz

Wellbeing is linked to how we feel physically, mentally, emotionally. However a sense of wellbeing is strongly linked to life satisfaction and happiness. In short, functioning well and feeling good.

In conjunction with our Wild exhibition we would like to invite you to attend one of our function well and feel good monthly Wednesday Late Wild Ways To Wellbeing Therapeutic Workshops.

Each session will be delivered by a guest artist. All vary in discipline from Collage, Comic, Print, as well as a Wordsmith and more, who using the one of the five ways to wellbeing themes – Connect, Notice, Learn, Active, Give – will guide you to create your own Wild Wellbeing artwork.
