Introductory Taichi Qigong Sessions

A relaxed class for people aged 50+

Enjoy the benefits of relaxed, free-flowing movement during our introductory tai chi qigong sessions aimed at people aged 50+.

As part of the Manchester Museum Age Friendly Programme, we have partnered with senior teacher Feixia Yu to host a series of introductory sessions in the Lee Kai Hung Chinese Culture Gallery.

They provide an opportunity for boosting your wellbeing and learning more about the amazing Chinese health enhancement tradition.

Tickets are free and available to book online via Eventbrite, by emailing or by calling 07818 578 474.

Classes take place on Friday lunchtimes between 12 and 12.50pm, on the following dates:
