Wellbeing Wednesdays
Wellbeing is linked to how we feel physically, mentally and emotionally, and a sense of wellbeing is strongly linked to life satisfaction and happiness. In short, functioning well and feeling good.
So we’re hosting a series of monthly events focused on helping you do something good for yourself.
Our Wellbeing Wednesdays therapeutic workshops are themed around the Museum’s collections and provide a chance to relax while enjoying paper play, object-based drawing and making sessions.
There are sessions are drop in, 3-5pm and 6-8pm on:
- Wednesday 3 September
- Wednesday 8 October
- Wednesday 5 November
