Lockdown

Following Government guidance, Manchester Museum is saddened to close to its visitors once again from the 2nd of November until further notice.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, visitors, volunteers, and our community are our first priority.

We hope we will be able to reopen in early December and we look forward to welcoming you as soon as it is safe to do so.

Bringing the Museum to you throughout the coming weeks we will continue to connect and inspire, sharing content from our collection, exploring narratives and try to spark joy and wonder during these unprecedented times.

We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Stay safe and thank you for your support.

Please help us support our collections work and other activities by donating to the Museum on our Support Us page.

Donations large or small can make a big difference. Many thanks.
