Wellbeing Wednesday: Have a Holly Jolly Christmas!
Wellbeing is linked to how we feel physically, mentally and emotionally, and a sense of wellbeing is strongly linked to life satisfaction and happiness. In short, functioning well and feeling good.
So we’re hosting a series of monthly events focused on helping you do something good for yourself. Our Wellbeing Wednesdays therapeutic workshops are themed around the Museum’s collections and provide a chance to relax while enjoying paper play, object-based drawing and making sessions.
Join us for a relaxing illustrating envelopes activity, perfect for last-minute, little gifts that are too small to wrap, or for sending greetings that don’t always need to be cards!
We will be using various crayon-type media suitable for shading and blending, alongside coloured paper to create stick-on designs.
All materials are provided and bring a waterproof bag to take your creations home.
This activity will run continuously from 3pm -8pm and will be drop-in. If you have any questions or want to find out more email karen.brackenridge@manchester.ac.uk.
*Please note we are unable to refund if you are unable or fail to attend.
