How to Get Here

Oxford Road Closure

From the early hours of Monday 16 May to Monday 6 June, Oxford Road will be closed between Booth Street East & West and Brunswick Street.

Road users are advised to allow more time for their journeys on and around Oxford Road as diversion routes will be in place between Hathersage Road and Booth Street East & West.

The following bus services will also be running on diversion routes around the closure:

15, 18, 38, 41, 42, 42A, 43, 44, 53, 111, 142, 143, 147, 191, 197, X41, X57 and night services 42, 43, 142 and 143.

For passengers using these services, information will be posted at affected bus stops. More detailed information about the bus diversions is available on the TfGM website.

The best way to visit is by public transport or by bike. You can also come by car and park in the multi-storey pay and display car park on Booth Street West, just around the corner from the Museum.
