There's lots to keep all the family entertained at the Museum. Once a month the Museum bursts into life at our Big Saturdays. The next one is Manchester Big Saturday on Sat 25 Feb. We also have school holiday events, a family gallery, activity backpacks and more. See Families for more info

Every Tues & Thurs, 12-1pm Zoology students from The University of Manchester offer free tours of the Vivarium to share their knowledge of the animals and highlight the conservation and education work that the Museum and University does. Monthly tours in Spanish and French. You can book by emailing ManchesterMuseumVivarium@gmail.com, free, 13+
